More about Fully Managed + Accountancy

No mark-up on maintenance. Ever.

We do not add a percentage or commission to contractors' invoices. If a contractor charges £250, the landlord is charged £250. We believe maintenance decisions should be based on what is right for your property, not on whether your agent makes money from the repair.
