Renter questions
- What do I need to apply?
- Referencing, income criteria, deposit and tenancy length are confirmed per property before you apply.
- How much is the deposit?
- Shown on each listing where supplied, and protected in a government-approved scheme.
- Can I view evenings or weekends?
- Send your availability when booking and we will confirm what we can offer for that property.
- Do you accept pets?
- Where the landlord has agreed. Ask us and we will confirm before you apply.
- Are bills included?
- Only where the listing says so. Check anything not listed with us before applying.
